Celeste Barros

Senior Learning Consultant

Celeste Barros, Senior Learning Consultant, has been providing customized interactive learning programs designed to enhance and build management and leadership skills, for more than 25 years across a variety of industries with clients such as BIC Corporation, University of Connecticut, General Electric Company, Pfizer, Staples and Aetna US Healthcare. Her work focuses on facilitating individual and 360 feedback processes to determine behavioral, leadership, and communication styles, strengths and challenges as well as applying a blended learning approach to each development opportunity and change initiative including instructor-led training, e-learning and one-on-one coaching.

Celeste serves as a faculty member for the leadership development program conducted at the International Training Center for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also the architect and lead instructor for the leadership and supervisor development program for staff at the University of Connecticut.

Celeste is an adjunct faculty member for the Executive Development Center at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

As a certified partner for Wiley Publishing, Celeste is an accredited facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Everything DiSC®.


She obtained her BS degree in Education from Bryant University.
