Charles Frazier leads a team of consultants who average more than 15 years of successfully leading faith-based initiatives nationwide. A leader in the ecumenical community locally and nationally, he has written numerous feature articles and training modules on how to successfully introduce and sustain successful faith-based strategies in congregations across the country.


Charles holds an MBA from the University of Hartford (CT), a master of social work (MSW) degree with a casework concentration from the University of Connecticut, and a BA in sociology/criminal justice from Hampton University (VA).

Strategic Planning
This program helps set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Action-Oriented, Realistic & Timed) goals while taking an introspective, self-assessment using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis.


Effective Social Media Use for Your Church
This program provides a framework for understanding the different uses and disciplines of social media that are needed to meet a church's goals for growth, engagement, and community presence. Participants will be given tools to develop a social media plan, from creating content to make one's social media account interesting and relevant, to engaging the church's congregation to help execute and manage the effort. Goal setting, performance monitoring, and content quality are also important parts of the program.


Effective Communication “Within & Beyond”
This interactive program is designed to improve verbal and written communication “within & beyond” the boundaries of a congregation. Effective community outreach, inspiring beyond the pulpit, and effective team-building will be some of the topics probed in a highly-participative format.


Maximizing Your Volunteer Participation
This program provides workable strategies aimed at inspiring volunteers to work with passion and commitment in the face of unforeseen - and sometimes sudden - challenges.


Financial Management for Leaders
This program – taught by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than a decade of experience in managing faith-based initiatives - provides practical instruction on how to effectively implement policies and procedures, tax codes, and astute financial planning strategies aimed at long-term success in religious organizations.


Leadership Development Programs
A series of results-driven, highly interactive workshops designed to aggressively tackle the daily challenges faced by faith leaders and their key staff members. Program curriculum includes customized case studies and best practices of leadership principles.
