Greg Slomba

Senior Learning Consultant

Greg brings to his consulting work more than 10 years of practical experience with expertise in corporate training design, business operations, and user productivity. He has collected a diverse skill set from improving system processes, developing curricula to fill in business gaps, and writing and editing multiple novels.


Greg was the Learning and Development Manager for a large community bank, where he recruited top talent to develop systems training and knowledge to better support the new hires process.  He developed curriculum timelines, workbooks, e-learning programs, and training evaluations. Greg is a self-published author and wrote and edited three novels for middle school aged readers. He also produced and directed a trailer for each novel.


Greg is dedicated to the learning and development of professionals and has a demonstrated history of initiating, planning, executing, and implementing programs. He completed his BA in English at the University of Dayton, Ohio and completed an ASTD Designing Learning Certificate.
