Barbara Phillips

Senior Vice President

Barbara Phillips has more than 30 years of successful management and consulting experience in financial services, sales, marketing, and human resources. Her background as an entrepreneur and human resources executive provides her clients with a savvy business partner who combines a pragmatic approach to successful business-building with strong creative abilities. Her achievements include the creation of dynamic leadership and customer service programs targeted to the specific needs of her clients, which include Siemens, Newtown Savings Bank, EMCOR, and NYISO.

Barbara served as Director of Human Resources at People’s Bank. During her tenure, she spearheaded the business transformation initiatives surrounding five acquisitions in an 18-month period. She was an active member of the American Management Association, the Human Resources Planning Society, SHRM, and the National Association of Female Executives.

Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Education from Columbia University and a BS from Skidmore College (MA). She also works with low-income mothers and fathers through Head Start, Rescue, and WIC.
