Bob has more than 25 years of experience in employee and industrial relations, working in manufacturing, construction, and service for Pratt and Whitney and the Otis Elevator Company.

He has a broad negotiations background, having negotiated contracts in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Bermuda, as well as multiple international locations from Singapore to each of the Canadian provinces.

Bob has represented firms at arbitration and has more than four dozen cases in his portfolio, including key cases on discipline and technology deployment.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA, both from University of Connecticut, as well as a master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.
