Cheryl's background is uniquely blended in academia, social services, and corporate management. She has held corporate managerial positions at CIGNA, John Hancock, and Aetna. She also has an extensive background in e-learning, and she is the co-creator of the first online and blended graduate and undergraduate degree programs in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University. She also taught leadership development courses at Manhattan College.
Cheryl holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior and Corporate Education from Harvard University and an MS degree in Instructional Media and Technology from Boston University (MA).
