Gina has been a leadership and business partner to organizations since 1986. With a broadbackground in organizational and leadership development, Gina has served a variety of clients domestically and internationally.
Gina has demonstrated expertise in organization effectiveness, executive and leadership coaching, strategic facilitation and team building, and leadership and employee development.She was a faculty member for the GE Management Development course at the Jack Welch Leadership Institute.
Gina holds an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Fairfield University. She is qualified to administer and has facilitated workshops using DiSC, Social Styles, and MBTI.
