Janice Mazzallo

Janice Mazzallo has over 25 years as a Human Resources Executive in the public and private sector, Fortune 100 companies and small local organizations, and union and non-union workplaces. She is featured as one of fourteen leaders in the book "Catalyst of Culture: How Visionary Leaders Activate the Employee Experience."

Janice was the Chief Human Resources Officer for PeoplesBank. During her fourteen-year tenure at PeoplesBank, she developed a Human Resources strategy that helped lead the bank to become a "Boston Globe Top Place to Work" for six consecutive years and a two-time recipient of the Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Employer of Choice.

Janice has been published in several business communications including HR Magazine, Human Resources Executive and Employee Benefit News. She is a past board member of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Girls Inc. of the Valley, the National Conference for Community and Justice and The Northampton Survival Center.

She graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association National School of Finance and holds a master’s degree from Cambridge College.
