Kristin Sterling is a Senior Learning Consultant with Learning Dynamics who has more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering global executive leadership solutions, group and team facilitation, board development, succession planning, and executive coaching. Kristin is a ICF certified master coach. She has also been an executive coach with Chief, focused on C-level executives.

She has worked with global iconic brands such as Adobe, Alza Pharmaceutical, Bank of America, City National Bank, Cisco, Disney, eBay, Medtronic, MetLife, PayPal, Wells Fargo, Yahoo!, and others ranging from start-up, Fortune 5-1000, government and non-profit organizations.

Kristin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of California, Los Angeles. She serves multiple non-profit boards and community service activities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
