Sandy Kusant is a Senior Learning Consultant with Learning Dynamics, a learning and development firm headquartered in Connecticut. Sandy has spent her career of over 20 years developing and coaching leaders and their teams toward strategic business outcomes across several Fortune 500 companies.

With a strong passion for driving people centric leadership, Sandy has designed and delivered workshops in such areas as psychological safety, effective communication, empathetic leadership, change management, feedback, emotional intelligence, team building, presentation skills, professional presence, and strategic planning.

Drawing on her knowledge of adult learning, curriculum design and transformational learning, Sandy's approach to facilitating creates a psychologically safe environment for learners to grow as individuals both during and after her workshops.
