"Bringing Out the Best in Others" focuses on developing the skills that will motivate individuals to attain and maintain high-performance levels.  Topics include setting expectations, accountability, communicating effectively, organizing professional goals, providing ongoing feedback, and positive reinforcement.  This interactive workshop also focuses on individual motivators and the critical role that recognition plays in maximizing individual performance levels.

This program also incorporates a model for effectively working to create a collaborative culture by utilizing conflict management skills. Participants have the opportunity to develop an action strategy based on individual goals and objectives.
