Cross-Cultural Communication

In today’s increasingly diverse workplaces, progressive organizations recognize the need for staff to communicate with  customers and employees who originate from diverse cultures.  “Cross-Cultural Communication”  teaches verbal communication techniques to use in a variety of workplace settings.
