Wendi Shook

Vice President of Finance

Wendi Shook is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting. She has held managerial positions in Fortune 500 organizations, including KPMG and Stanley Works, where she served as a Corporate Accounting Executive for over a decade. Her responsibilities included annual financial reporting across divisions as well as supervising filings for the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). In the non-profit sector, Wendi served as Manager of Financial Reporting for the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain (CT).

Wendi holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and she is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
