Wilbur previously served as the Senior Educational Consultant, Human Resources Division for The Hartford. His responsibilities included creating customized training programs suited to the current and future business needs of the organization.
Wilbur holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven (CT), and a BS degree in Secondary Education from Southern CT State University. He has authored a book entitled Leading the Transition.
